Dura-Lite® delivers sustainability on two fronts: lightweighting and PCR integration. Our canisters are designed for up to 100% post-consumer resin, and 100% PCR content satisfies California SB54. As part of Altium, Dura-Lite® is powered by Envision Plastics, a leading domestic supplier of recycled HDPE that has produced more than 2 billion pounds of recycled resin (Source: PLASTICS Industry Association, March 2026), including FDA-LNO EcoPrime® food-contact resin and OceanBound Plastic that diverts plastic from at-risk regions.

Less resin. Same or better performance. Proven.
| Platform | Performance Gain |
|---|---|
| Gallon | +70% top-load at same weight; +10% drop-test height with 6g less |
| IRG | ~3% top-load increase with 15g less resin |
| Astro Canister | +30% top-load at same weight; 15% less weight at similar top-load |
| Diamond Canister | Springs back after 1.1″ compression (vs. permanent creases) |
Virtual prototyping (FEA)
Finite Element Analysis maps wall-thickness data to new designs and runs top-loading simulation, so performance is validated before tooling.
